Allison Burns Joseph

Cheximiya Allison Burns Joseph is a member of Squamish Nation and an Ambassador for her Nation at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre (SLCC) in Whistler. Allison has been at the Centre for 15 years and her main focus is working with the youth involved in the Indigenous Youth Ambassador Program, along with working closely with the Cultural Growth and Sharing team. In her personal time Allison loves to create Salish Wool Weavings and other art connecting her to the culture.
